Company culture, work environment & freedom to succeed

Cons

As every company the interests of the company are more important than employees' aspirations. Everybody can be replaced. Since is a very attractive industry to work in, for them is very easy to get talent. I did not saw them 100% interested on keeping their talent.

Good pay, Vacation time and, benefits. Co workers are fantastic people.

Cons

Lack of training for skilled trades, To much change and no consistency when a plan is Instituted. Most of the management team have very little experience to help with decision making.
