Huge company with plenty of career opportunities overseas. Freedom to succeed. Good working environment. Fun industry.

Cons

Most decisions are made by consensus, with plenty of back and forth, making most processes very slow. Culture focused too much on the strategy/powerpoint and too little on execution. Pay is subpar vs other FMCG companies.
