      Pros

      Good people, friendly mostly competent people. The culture is great, and there are a lot of great perks, like free products.

      Cons

      Not a lot of negatives, normal large company red tape, and corporate governance issues. But overall a good place to work.

      Pros

      The employees are smart, the yearly review process is taken seriously, and interviews are well thought out.

      Cons

      The politics can be bad, sometimes people are inappropriately chosen for roles, the company keeps being restructured, and excellent employees are laid off.

      Pros

      Great people working with great products that are enjoyed worldwide. Tons of flexibility and responsibility. Value acting like an owner and pushing your limits to new heights.

      Cons

      Fast paced work environment. Not an easy transition for some working in other traditional CPG companies and used to more "structure."
