      Pros

      Genuinely struggling to find a single pro of the company. Some employees were decent and the summer and Christmas party was good. Not much more than that. Maybe also that if you sacrifice your life I.e work from 7:30am to 8:30pm you’ll go far. But is that really worth it. I don’t think so for a 15k basic and commission.

      Cons

      Awful management from the very top, very focused on micro managing their staff and keeping everyone in line, funny that 1 of the winning ways of the company is flexible. Company is anything but. A friend of mine got a pay rise of £500 on top of her salary of 20k for the year and they expected her to be content with that. I thought t was a bonus for good work. Nope a salary increase, £41 a month gross. Quite literally gross

The offices are open for business from 8.30am to 7pm to accommodate our customers and clients and support them in their journey and appreciate this last year has been incredibly busy with longer hours being done to support the fantastic business levels. The packages on offer are OTE with a base for sales or lettings roles and see our colleagues earning very well from this structure and I am unable to comment on an individual salary increase as not aware of the persons role or structure.       Use as a starter company and get out

      Pros

      The money is good if you work for it and you will have to work very hard for it. Good for anyone getting into the Estate Agency business as they do provide good training. My advice work for a year and get out.

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance! You will be finished earliest 7pm and it’s usually later then back in the office 8am next day. Then it’s 9-5 every other Saturday. So kiss your free time goodbye! Some other negatives but I mean the hours expected of you should sum up the company in general.
