Pros

Pay is good if you're in an office where there is a lot of opportunity and the fees are high. Room for progression if you can hack it.

Cons

Can be toxic management. Long hours and working weekends If you have a bad month and don't reach the minimum wage pay they will claw back the pay they have to top up as otherwise it would be illegally low. This is due to the very very low basic.
