      Pros

      Great team spirit and good training, really gets you awake in morning meetings. Great career opportunities within the company if you can hack the hours!

      Cons

      1) 8am - 7pm hours but often worked longer. They introduced "felxi-hour" which only managers decided certain individuals could use rather than based on the colleagues' needs. So no real work-life balance. 2) The offices can get very competitive and colleagues get vindictive 3) Low commission based on other estate agent companies 4) They aren't always ethical with their clients

      A good place to start a career

      Pros

      Good team spirit and excellent colleagues. The directors and heads of departments I dealt with were all good and well versed in managing teams. Excellent learning and professional growth potential if you're young and ready/willing to be Dexterised

      Cons

      Too much micro managing and triple entry of data. The in house coaching system is not set up well enough Expected to manage too much so hours are incredibly long at times for very little if any reward Expect their property managers to push sale of services not always required Pushing property managers to be sales people which detracts from the reason they are in the job in the first place.
