- Outdated management - Micromanagement in all offices I've seen - Much better agents to work for - Very low basic salary

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I appreciate you have now left us but enjoyed the commission structure and stock levels and training and development. I know there are companies out there offering higher basics but their comms structure is usually less attractive and we would rather reward success via higher earning commission. Good luck in your new role and if they don't deliver what they promised do come back and talk to us.
