Pros

Couldn't find any, nothing good to say.

Cons

Unfair employment agreement, there are many illegal clauses. They will reduce your holiday pay once you leave because agreement is written in a way that suits only them. Very small salaries comparing to other companies. Dirty politics which don't benefit anyone apart from the company. They will make annual party for employees expecting you to buy expensive dress/suit in return for two free drinks. They will "draw a beautiful picture" about their company and you will believe it until you peek behind the scene.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on your career at Dexters. It's very disappointing to hear that you felt we did not meet your expectations. We have an incredible programme supporting our colleagues offering them exciting opportunities to develop their careers and earn well. We're proud that 90% of our directors and managers have been promoted internally. Our end of year celebration is our chance to say thank you to all of our colleagues and to celebrate their success and we are sorry that you feel you were pressured to attend or purchase new clothing. I'd value the opportunity to confidentially hear more about your comments and in particular those about salary and holiday pay, as we pride ourselves on running the business fairly for all of our colleagues brandonvanderwesthuizen@dexters.co.uk

Pros

A fancy new clean diary (if you call that a pro) Getting to nosey houses and get commission BUT only when it’s all completed

Cons

Treated like a slave when starting Hours aren’t really 8:30-7 must be there at 8am Promised an hour for lunch ... given a set 30 minutes regardless if you want it at the time or not Need to live and breathe the company Not respected Management have favourites so forget being treated fairly Your flaws will be noticed and pointed out to everyone quickly Ladies if your skirt isn’t touching your knee expect to be sent home Chipped nail varnish = sent home Ridiculous rules, archaic rules ... equality for women Nasty behaviour of those in the company especially if your life isn’t the company, leave the room and you’re slagged off Not respected and there is no work like balance so expect poor health I could go on, I have worked some bad jobs but this is by far the worst I feel sorry for those going in

Pros

Not real cons I can think of I'm afraid. Some colleagues were fun to hang out with.

Cons

The amount of racist "cheeky" comments that I have to endure is ridiculous. There is no need to make or feel anyone less than the rest especially if I'm doing my job correctly.
