      staff turnover is big so you get to work with lots of different people.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We don't like to see our colleagues leave and always open to chatting about their career prospects with us. We have a fantastic retention rate and 90% of our directors have developed with us from entry level to running offices.

      Work hard and you can earn some decent money- still your working double the amount of hours you will work anywhere else for similar pay

      long hours, 12k base, ruthless culture

      Nice colleagues - that’s about it

      Cons

      Long work hours No work life balance Lowest basic salary in the industry Micromanagement High staff turn over. In my two years I saw multiple new people come and go every month. Training is just indoctrination Not allowed to take vacation from April til October. Unethical practises (lying to client etc) Poor promotion opportunities Poor bonus scheme Somewhat racist to clients as well
