Pros

Dexcom employees genuinely care about our customers. Our mission is to "empower people to take control of diabetes" and that's exactly what we and our product do. It's exciting to build a category and be at the forefront of changing the way people deal with this disease. It's nice to work for a company that leads the industry & has unprecedented growth, even if it means that a lot of our work is an uphill battle. That's the nature of the beast.

Cons

Goals are aggressive, timelines are demanding and everyone is expected to work very hard. But the hard work pays off. You just have to be able to keep your head straight and not lose sight of the importance of the work. All great things & rewards come with great challenges. You cannot impact an industry without being flexible & adaptable. If you work to collect a paycheck, this is not the right place for you. You have to be dedicated and invested in the big picture.

Pros

This company has great benefits and provide great training when you first get started.

Cons

The company does not value their inside representatives and do not pay them what they truly deserve. Most of the work is done by the inside team, but the outside team reaps all the benefits. Upper management are under qualified and will send out excel spreadsheets through out the day. Supervisors and management don't actually lead their teams, but instead have pointless meetings where nothing gets accomplished.

Pros

Pros Only thing good was the building layout, and food/snacks vendor

Cons

Cons Hmmm where do i start, i worked for about 2 months. It was a temp-to-hire position. I just want to say this place is so bad. Management was horrible, just everything was bad. When i first started i was litterally being harrased all day for the first 3 weeks there by the security. I didnt have my badge till 3 weeks after the hire. So i would go outside and get fresh air, when it was time to come back in, the security would say so many rude comments like "why are you here" "what the helllll are you doing here". This was disrespectful. Not once but everyday until i got sick of it and took the back door to go outside. Also you do not get recognition for your hard work, if your smart and and a hardworker they will.not see that. The pay is super low, and when you get hired on, its on 50¢ more. Everybody thats in this company is connected, everything falls on favortism. They will pick on you till you get sick of it and leave so they can get there family members in. I also feel it was a race thing, i would walk in the door and everybody start speaking in there launguage. If you arent there race they will belittle. I was in the electronics as an assembler. Camillle was horrible
