      Pros

      Top talent works here. Everyone I have met is excellent at their job and highly intelligent. Great compensation and many analytical opportunities. The company culture is progressive and there is an excitement in the air about the product line and stock.

      Cons

      Parking is tough if you come after 8:30. Some folks still operate as if it's a small company.

      The product is top of the line and it saves many lives!~ the future of this company is much growth and success.

      Cons

      managment does not care about their employees and slaps unattainable deadlines, causing lack of work/life balance and making you wish you can call in dead.

      Pros

      Dexcom has created excellent technology that provides significant benefits to patients with diabetes, and this is a plus If you are motivated by mission or the potential for impact, The team includes a number of very smart and exceptional people.

      Cons

      Decision making is political. While this is not uncommon, it has been exacerbated by the company's performance in the stock market such that personal interests influence outcomes. The pace that the company can bring innovations to market is limited because its devices are class III medical devices regulated by the FDA.
