      Pros

      Benefits are good. Time off is generous, Depending on the department, morale is good or bad.

      Cons

      If you don't thrive in a stressful environment, do not work here. Some departments have supervisors that are younger, less experienced, but you are expected to do as they say, even when you know it's wrong.

      Pros

      I have been here for nearly 3 years and the one thing I really appreciate and enjoy at this company is not just the multiple benefits they provide but also how management is always focused on making the work environment an enjoyable place to be. They truly are concerned about their employees and their well-being.

      Cons

      The only issue I think I have is parking. There is an over-flow parking lot which does require going to the other side of the block to access. Sometimes, even that parking lot is full. However, it is a small setback compared to the benefits you receive and environment you get to work in.

      Thanks for providing your balanced perspective on working at Dexcom. We definitely feel your concerns on parking but on the lighter side we try to see it as part of our wellness program - have to get in those steps!

      Pros

      Never bored, always so much to do and learn regardless of your position. The environment is lively and positive. The benefits are also really great.

      Cons

      Constant staff changes on the sales floor.
