Pros

Dexcom is a fast paced, intense, rewarding place to work. For anyone looking to gain or hone skills in sales or account management, Dexcom provides a great opportunity. Dexcom's product is incredible. It changes patients' lives. Because of this, the feedback from patients is very uplifting and emotional. Makes everything worth it.

Cons

End of months are hectic when trying to reach quota. Paperwork from insurances can seem endless. The company is growing like crazy so the work never seems to end.....but with that comes opportunity

Great product, dissapointing managment

The product is top of the line and it saves many lives!~ the future of this company is much growth and success.

Cons

managment does not care about their employees and slaps unattainable deadlines, causing lack of work/life balance and making you wish you can call in dead.

Pros

Incredible amount of opportunities, great for learners, one time chance to grow with a rapidly growing company, great benefits, great work environment, community orientation, customer focused, quality focused, innovation is a top priority, teams are very energized, employees are very dedicated and committed to the company's mission and vision.

Cons

Rapid growth is taxing on resources, some teams work too hard, some areas are not fully staffed yet to support the expansion, there is a short opportunity to learn one's job due to business needs, leadership needs to be better prepared to manage change, real or perceived favoritism and nepotism are noted in some areas. Compensation and incentive plans are lacking, and ineffective.
