Pros

Benefits are decent, no match on 401k, insurance options and coverage are great. Coworkers!

Cons

There are way too many too list off. Management; nepotism, favoritism, all the isms! They do not provide any coaching or support to their employees. You will learn everything from the people around you and your supervisor will sit there with headphones in acting busy. They reward mediocrity and over work people who actually put their best foot forward. I left for many reasons but the straw that broke the camels back was repeated communications with supervisors and management that went completely ignored. If you are going in to a commissioned position to hope for comission... the company had gotten so greedy that they continue to make profit but have raised the sales goals to an unrealistic number that you will not have the ability to attain, but it will still be your fault that the field rep didn't give you enough patients to achieve the number. I worked there for 2.5 years and they claim to want to make things better but every change they make is poorly planned and even more poorly implemented.

Pros

Room for growth as the turnover is so high

Cons

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working for. Staff is overworked and undervalued. They did not care about their employees in Customer Ops at the time i worked there and have a hight turnover for a reason. Got a promotion and over 6 months later after I had put in my notice and got my final paycheck I noticed that they had never adjusted my pay to account for the promotion. I had to push HR and payroll to adjust my pay for the 6 month+ period after the promotion and when I asked for the records to show that they had adjusted it for overtime etc th HR rep who was one of the main HR leaders was rude and acted like I was requesting too much. She sent me some documents to reflect the adjustments but never provided the pay stubs I requested to show the adjusted pay. Additionally, during my exit interview I pointed out that they had taken time from my PTO when I called out instead of my holiday pay which does not pay out like I had specified. HR told me that the check had already been cut so it was just too bad. I was so fed up at this point that I didn't push it and just wanted to be done with dealing with them. Needless to say, unbelievably unprofessional and disappointing after putting in two years here. HR was incompetent and unsupportive.

Pros

Great place to work for mediocre people

Cons

Promotes friends and families and not by talent, CTO is son-in-law of Chairman, current CEO is best buds with Chairman, sales and marketing structure dictated by their CCO who promotes his friends or those who won't or can't challenge his thinking and so many more....with that kind of setup, no one is allowed to criticize management. Any success they have today is the work of those who are no longer there because those with talent can find much better opportunities elsewhere.
