Pros

Pays well with lots of overtime.

Cons

Only two supervisors in Customer Care know what they are doing. The other supervisors and managers in Sales and ReOrder lack the competence to run their departments efficiently overloading their employees with work and unrealistic expectations. Management and supervisors are covering up for their lack of competence by firing their seasoned employees and hiring new people at a lower wage.

Pros

The pay is decent, but supervisors give you so much work sometimes that you can't finish it all. The benefits are decent.

Cons

Too much work or overload of work for the pay. Supervisors don't have a whole lack of respect for their subordinates, unless they see you as one of their favorite. Work is not evenly distributed among employees. I was a permanent administrative assistant for less than a year and some of the other administrative assistants had twice the amount of work that I completed. Because of the uneven work load; this created tension and hostility among the administrative team.

Terrible place to work if you have diabetes

Pros

Remote work High pay Bonuses and merit increases

Cons

I thought this would be a great company to work for as a person with type 1 diabetes, but they don’t actually care about diabetes- it’s all how much money the company makes and appealing to shareholders. Management has made discriminatory remarks to me that are illegal, and they take zero COVID precautions, even though people with diabetes are the majority of COVID deaths. Overwork and no overtime pay or comp time. The paid time off is exceedingly limited at 15 days and doesn’t increase until you’re there 3 years, at which time you’ll get an extra DAY. Taking sick time or mental health days are not encouraged and people travel sick/with COVID. It’s terrible. Find a place with heart.
