Pros

The pay is ok when you are making commission. The benefits are pretty good. A lot of different people so you will definitely make some friends. The product really does great things and you really can and are help people!

Cons

Managment. Their are many areas of opportunity for the leadership team. They make ideas that aren't well tested or planned out and then everyone is required to go with it. They offer no actual coaching outside of telling people that they are non responsive to coaching. Sometimes they will coach you by emailing you about a mistake you made and simply saying what did you do wrong here or if you ask a question you get a response something along the lines of what do you think the answer is. Training is lacking horribly which is confusing considering how many people they have in the training department. Really high turnover rate. HR is a joke if you report an issue they just tell the management team and nothing is ever really done. People are promoted for being a favorite over ability, knowledge, leadership skills and what you do over and above your position.

Pros

Come in at 8am and leave at 5pm. Everyone else does it. Great trails around the building to go on a nice lunchtime walk.

Cons

Management is unreasonable, unreliable. They make you work on every project with no resources for doing your job properly. Entire company is divided by departments. Expect you and your Manager to be in disagreement with other departments all the time. No training or mentor-ship. You'll have a tough first year, everyone does.

Pros

Great product, good people

Cons

Too much office politics; opinions overrule facts and common sense; too many corners are cut routinely; short game rules everything.
