None unless you are CEO, or a Filipino or Robotics sales representative

Cons

Abysmal management from top to bottom. On top of the WARN Act announcement of all US Tech Support, Customer Support and inside sales being offshored to the Philippines, I have seen several management reports regarding a big push in robotics in early 2020. So don't think you will keep your job if you are in manufacturing.
