Pros

Professional atmosphere, friendly staff, underground parking, nice office setting

Cons

overly micromanaged, treating grown adults like children, no bonuses, sub-par raises, expensive healthcare coverage, being the biggest isn't always the best, need to slow down on the growth of the Firm. Need to encourage more in-house growth for people who are talented to do more than what they were hired to do.
