Pros

International outlook, close to union station

Workplace politics, my role was constantly shifted, hierarchical , not a lot of room for development if you are not a lawyer.

Pros

Good colleagues. Firm recognizes the value of innovation and will do all it can to win and keep a client. No one micromanages you but no one orients or on-boards you, either.

Cons

Be prepared to work long, long hours and weekends. Onboarding in business development is ridiculously inadequate, onerous given some areas have high turnover. Management must think colleagues will orient you to their best practices, but no one has time. Management needs to involve themselves more to know who is producing, who is not. Global expansion has resulted in a chaotic environment.
