I was fortunate enough to have some great people to work with, which made this place bearable.

Cons

Poor management in the London Marketing team had created an 'us versus them' mentality between management and staff. The environment is very toxic. This is evident based on the turnover in the marketing department. A truly miserable place to work.

Management great, colleagues fantastic, no office hierarchy and plenty of social opportunities as well as workwise

Cons

I went to work in a new department which I hadn't worked in before and it just wasn't the area of law for me. Left as I secured a TC elsewhere.

Cons

Very political, London office run by US, growth of offices was too fast and didn't seem thought out. They wanted quantity not quality.
