Pros

decent work/life balance, talented attorneys and staff, great place to be a white male with a book of business

Cons

Bully partners, callous HR, and management that treats all employees as disposable. Don't buy claims that firm is "polycentric." Culture is 100% DC old boys network. Firm works hard to pay each person as little as they can get away with. Partners with a book of business have free reign to terrorize their colleagues. The firm is shrinking in the US and cannot keep talent because it does not invest in its employees. Constant revolving door of attorneys and staff.
