Pros

Flexible schedule and certain managers are helpful when it comes to coaching.

Cons

No communication by senior management. Sales reps are never informed on what is going on in the industry. Dell well set rules and regulations to spiffs and then change them at the last minute. Reporting is always down. Sales reps do not have view to there qtrly number on a day by day basis. Negative floor attitude. When asking upper management a question they tend to give fluff answers because they do not know the answer or don't want to give us the right answer.

Nickel and Dimed to Death

Pros

-Learning opportunities in finance are plentiful with frequent rotations -Smart colleagues and some talented managers -Casual dress code and decent work life balance from most managers

Cons

There is very little upside for talented people. This is absolutely not a meritocracy. There are more demotions than promotions. If you are stuck at C2, then no matter how good you are, this is where you will stay (due to overpopulation of C3). Constant cuts in salary and financial upside.

Payroll seems to mess everything up, performance reviews are all 'fixed', no way you will be rewarded for good work, never even a 'thank you' never mind a raise or bonus
