      fun if you work at hq in austin intelligent coworkers very good sales training great web tools good level of respect between departments

      Cons

      management turnover reward recognition is not merit-based; subjective to manager constantly re-aligning lines of business can't move to different departments without losing reputation promotions to outside sales are rare external outside sales candidates are preferred over current in-house candidates

      Pros

      Generally highly skilled and capable people -- as individuals. Austin is a pretty good location with a very low cost of living.

      Cons

      Little strategic vision. Constant reorganization has caused high stress among employees. Gives the appearance of thoring ideas at the wall to see what will stick.
