People are amazing Culture is good Good training provided For a startup, they have lots of information available for newbies to pick up on

Cons

Nothing much except for benefits like medical insurance and these extra stuff that make people stay for the long term. It'll be nice to be a full time staff instead of a contractor(which is different from the usual contract positions). However I think we do lose out on benefits. But it's a really great place!
