      It's been my pleasure working at Deel. I have been here for over 5 months and feel confident in the work I do, day to day but I am still always learning a ton and see many career opportunities to come. Clients and employees are what make the company. I love the people and culture here. Inclusive, diverse and most importantly they value work-life balance. They are living their values of transparency, innovation, grit, and speed. They have awesome people throughout the entire org. I have an amazing manager who supports me and is very hands-on!

      The workload is sometimes heavy.

      1. Total addressable market is massive 2. We’re the market leader by a mile 3. All remote 4. The people are awesome 5. Super fast paced and a lot of fun / learning 6. Strong leadership 7. Ton of opportunities

      Typical fast growing start up stuff: 1. Some teams are catching up to demand 2. Lacking some process in areas 3. Sales tools could be better

      We hear you on the Cons and acknowledge that some of our more recent senior leadership hires and team hires will be working specifically on process and tools to ensure that we are most efficient, automated, and accurate in terms of our data and reporting. We think we're faster than a typical start up but we have the typical hyper growth start up pain points for sure! Thanks for the review.

      We will all work a lot at some point at Deel - it ebbs and flows as there are tough problems to solve and we each have a commitment to our clients whether they be customers, internal stakeholders, one another, etc. We agree we're aligned to a common goal! Thanks for the review.
