Pros

Freedom of dress code, diversified coworkers

Cons

A place values relationships more than competence, leaders tend to focus on your mistakes other than encouragement and appreciation on your efforts. Also, this company claims to encourage openness but subjective & biased feedback instead, some leaders are too young and not experienced to deliver quality coaching, Polices rapidly changed without respect, communications and long-term organisations Ambiguous career path and tend to manipulative approach on employees’ path, not willing to negotiate and listen, and even not letting teammate to choose, just assigned what they want you to do and not by evaluating your competence. Do not expect any personal growth in this company. IT errors happen all the time and consuming much resources in resolving one error but more to come afterwards.

Pros

Everything is autonomous and no one wants will question you if you do the right thing.

Cons

90% of the management are expats are the form the backbone of the company's direction. Some of the leaders are incapable and unable to understand your learning curve and the HR is almost non existent. Whenever you have a problem, you have approach your leader and they have no idea how to resolve your HR related problem. At times, you are being tai-chi here and there. The managers are also fake and two faced. In front of the whole office they treat you like a friend, smiling at you and talking to you. But behind closed doors when they talk to you, it’s totally different. - Everyone is watching your each and every move. The monthly meeting is also not meaningful, when you said something, the leader will always try to say other thing to override your suggestion so this monthly meeting should be leader giving us feedback rather than we give feedback. The leader also doesn't know what you are doing and if you cc them in the email for your work effort, they will request you to remove them, claiming that they trust you but the fact is, they don't your email to add more workload to them. Lastly, monthly bonus is also a problem. Your effort does not count, overall, it depends on the monthly sales and there is no annual bonus at all. So your overall remuneration package could be lower than 13rd Month.

Pros

Sports culture - doing sports is encouraged and sometimes team activities are sports-based Employee discount and gift card for staff People from other departments are nice. Interns tend to work together as well and fun bunch to be with

Cons

Retail staff not felt as part of the office staff. Sometimes there's animosity from retail staff when getting them to do things. Marketing team is run by people who have been in the company for 10 years and people who do not know about Marketing .There's the lack of proper leadership because the marketing management does not have marketing background and keeps pushing what he thinks is right. Fake listening to employees and then will start to push his own ideas onto you. Not a good feeling. Sometimes will see teammates get discouraged. Since then, 4 people have left since January 2019. Marketing managers are now inexperienced people who are too young to lead a team.
