      Pros

      Amazing people, learned alot, got to travel and rub elbows with some of the brightest hardest working people I have ever met. Delaval has been very good to me...

      Cons

      Some admin inefficiencies and some management not ok with telecommuting. Decision making can be slow. Remuneration could be better...some issues with working with each other and not against.
