Pros

Basically its a good company all the pieces are there, the individuals working there are friendly and hardworking. It can be a really good workingplace, and it seems on some level the leadership cares about the workers.

Cons

The leadership has totally destroyed any chance of a positive workingplace. Complete and utter disregard for working environment issues, abuse connected to details of laws, abusing the system when no one is watching. Death threats from highermanagment and concealing of said information. Bad decisions result in increased workload the workers are expected to make up for. And other such things. As i said, the potential and pieces are there, tho in reality the situation working close to the factory is horrible.
