New executive team is great, and the company is expanding.

Cons

They provide no training, one supervisor on the marketing team in particular is so unprofessional and has the most disgusting tone towards employees. No one stands up to them and expects you to work ridiculous hours and will slack you at 8pm on week nights with rude messages, hated by most employees and everyone is afraid to say anything. They provide no training no what so ever for new positions, change ideas 24/7, and will change job descriptions on you when they feel like it.

I made decent money when I was there, but that’s because I worked my butt off to get

Management was in a transition and favoritism was REALLY bad. I always got the brides that really couldn’t pay a lot for a dress (which I understand that), but the favorite would always get the “I don’t care how much I pay” brides. Also don’t get me started on the new “commission” payout. People that have been working there for years said they used to make at least double if not three times the money with the old way of commission. I understand it’s a college town, but the base rate was rough when slow season came around.

the pay is so low, it's criminal. they schedule you for hours and then cut you while you're at work, in order to keep on budget. nobody can live like that.
