Management was in a transition and favoritism was REALLY bad. I always got the brides that really couldn’t pay a lot for a dress (which I understand that), but the favorite would always get the “I don’t care how much I pay” brides. Also don’t get me started on the new “commission” payout. People that have been working there for years said they used to make at least double if not three times the money with the old way of commission. I understand it’s a college town, but the base rate was rough when slow season came around.
