They provide no training, one supervisor on the marketing team in particular is so unprofessional and has the most disgusting tone towards employees. No one stands up to them and expects you to work ridiculous hours and will slack you at 8pm on week nights with rude messages, hated by most employees and everyone is afraid to say anything. They provide no training no what so ever for new positions, change ideas 24/7, and will change job descriptions on you when they feel like it.
