Pros

Bridal Christmas was great because business was up so I was actually commissioning.

Cons

I was required to make phone calls to all of my customers at least once every two weeks. I felt as if I was pestering them by calling them so much. If I didn't commission at a certain level of productivity per hour I had to attend at training class that was not informative at all.

Helping brides with beautiful dresses, commission increases pay, generally "happy" place to work if your clients are satisfied.

Cons

VERY physically demanding, sometimes long hours with no breaks, commission affected by hours worked after closing when no sales can be made.

They work you to the ground, yes the incentive is Commission…if you can reach a high selling $$

commission, working with a few happy brides

Cons

they over work you! giving you multiple customers at a time. Not to mention these customers are BRIDES!!!! they are suppose to experience the happiest experience. This is not likely if you are trying to deliver the best to all of three brides at once.
