Good atmosphere and friendly co-workers.

Cons

At the time- no ability to move upward or even acquire a full-time job. Part-time working full-time hours during the summer... laid off usually or hours decreased much during the winter (non-busy) season

It's a great first place to work if you're wanting to get into the bridal industry.

Cons

Pay is low, unless you work in a location that it's the big name in wedding dresses. Can't make real money. Managers sometimes don't respect your outside work life.
