Good Salary compared to competitors. Infrastructure is good. Facilities are good. Good to start a career because you will get various issues to address and it will make you more experienced.

Cons

Management style is burocratic. Performance rewards are based on individual ratings and are not transperant. company and HR policies are not in place.

Extra hours paid 200%. Flexible program sometimes. Designing according to reference drawing. Everytime new jobs and some of them quite challenging.

Cons

Jobs are not the same. You have to solve the problems on working sites. You have to adapt existing parts to new requirements or designe new components.
