Cons

No pay increases, bonuses, cost of living increases. Make you all types of promises but never follow through. Take care of their own (Italians) and only management. In all honesty this company needs an overhaul in management.

Lot of work, lot of pressure, no career, low salary compared to what you are requested to give, low management culture. you survive or you die. there is no possibility of confrontation with management, there is no democracy, the highest position and the strongest to yell will always be on the right side. lot of turnover, no union, no rights. if you are called by HR, it's not for confrontation or for a raise, but for receiving a torpedo from someone,
