The industry it's amazing. Very few companies operate in the steel making indutry at Danieli's level. There's a lot to learn because tha is not thought in universities.

Undoubtably there are opportunities to learn a lot from the fact that you'll be forced to in order to continue doing your job...do jot expect training or any sorts.

Cons

Through the 6 years i worked here i never received any sort of training or saw any sort of personal development plan. Salaries are low, expect to work extra hours without being paid for them.
