Just pass by here to learn on how to manage the complexity and conflicts; the great lesson is on how to stay far from things which, never, shall be done within a company.

Cons

Be prepared to deal with a strong leadership which try to get things done by a spread use of the fear. A management that continuosly try to drive the growth by politics aimed to just satisfy who is on top. A great potential of history and technology, drammatically wasted by a very negative Company Culture.
