      Pros

      Using the DBS tools and Kaizen work to a point. They do make things more efficient.

      Cons

      I have seen employees go home in tears, I've seen them be told that they are no longer allowed to have plants at their desk since it's a waste of time. Same with pictures of ones family. Only one is allowed. I wanted to go to work, not prison.

      I really can't think of any cons - maybe the fact that if you do your job well you may be asked to relocate for promotions
