      Pros

      Danaher is a good place to be from. I value the relationships I have been able to develop over the years with my peers. I still stay in contact with them and, in fact, work with those who have left the company before me.

      Cons

      Employees are constantly required to report. A company clearly obsessed with gathering data relative to performance will only inhibit performance itself.

      Flexible hours, Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      1 - Lots of Layoffs recently. 2 - Not very concerned about employees. 3 - It's all about shipping products to make a profit, if it's made right isn't important anymore.
