      Pros

      They really give importance to their core values. You get the opportunity to choose what you want. And the interns are no different from Project Engineers. You get your freedom to talk in meetings and everybody at DPR appreciates that even if you are wrong sometime. It is the eagerness and interest to learn that matters the most.

      Cons

      Not a company for people who like to follow or give orders.

      Uses a lot of technology. Benefits are great (If you are lucky to be salaried).

      Cons

      They don't give you the chance to prove yourself. Hourly employees don't have any benefits except health insurance.
