Pros

Good job, plenty of diverse opportunities. Travelled abroad for work on secondment. Good culture and generally good work life balance, with no late nights with exception to special cases.

Cons

Management unfortunately don’t have a good view on fair compensation for experience. No bonus scheme.

Pros

Good location. Hybrid work (2 days from the office only)

Cons

No promotions. And if you are good with management ladies then you have a chance to get promoted. . Also forget about salary raise. They offer you ridicilous amount of yearly salary raise. If you didn't receive this year, then sorry but you have to wait until next year. They are not fair with salaries. If you do not want to overwork and not paid enough, then please stay away from this place.
