Cons

Very poor management and poor compensation in return for all the hard work put in to keeping the business going.

Pros

The staff is nice but miserable

Cons

No respect for staff; can be laid off at any time doesn’t matter how long you’ve worked here. Expected to do multiple jobs as they do not staff properly. Over work you until you burn out. Lie to the staff about anything and everything. Toxic work environment. Staff is miserable and attorneys are stressed out.
