Pros

Very friendly staff and an environment that breeds smiles.

Cons

People are not driven to get their work done. Everyone works at their own pace, and it almost always slow.

Pros

Get to travel with decent opportunities. Pay is OK and usually chances for promotion or secondments to other offices or teams

Cons

Don't pay as much as similar companies generally. Seems to be a divide in benefits and treatment between fee earners and support staff. Can sometimes be unfair towards support staff

Not great

Pros

You get paid on time. Seriously, that's all I can think of. There is really not much else to say but there's a 20 word minimum for this field...

Cons

Glass ceilings - everywhere. No career progression for non-solicitors. HR work for the company, not the individual. It is a sad place of demoralised support staff.
