Pros

There isn’t any except sometimes free left over food

Cons

Management are figure heads that hold no authority as the partners dictate what happens in offices. Turnover is high, low pay not even competitive in the market, stressful work, staff are treated horribly, borderline harassment, and you only survive if favorited. You can’t say anything since you see people terminated all the time for nothing. Good workers leave. There are many opportunities in companies elsewhere so stay away from this law firm.
