Pros

Salary is good for market.

Cons

Avoid, senior management in IT behave like children, are ignorant, unprofessional & do not communicate to the minions. Extreme us & them culture - "fee earners" (!) vs lowly support staff.

Pros

A lovely friendly place to work with great colleagues. Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative and innovation is rewarded. Opportunity to work internationally.

Cons

Mish mash of different management styles and processes. Depending on who you work for depends on how good your experience of the firm will be. Not very advanced in fundamental business processes like marketing, HR, Finance.
