      Pros

      2 times in the office but they are very strick about being in the office those 2 days

      Cons

      They pay very little eventhough your responsibilites increases all the time and workload is very high. They have a habit to raise salaries every 2 years because they will come up with reasons why you cannot receive a pay raise. Very poor management.
