      Lots of change but needed.

      People and products. Lots of people care. Treated well.

      Cons

      Some people won't let go of the past . You need to persevere. Systems are old.

      Thanks for the comments - it is good to hear that our new strategic direction and focus are staring to bring clarity. We know we've been through a lot of change over the last couple of years. That can sometimes be hard for people (change is never easy, is it?) But we're committed to making the right decisions for the business, our customers and our employees so that we can continue to be a successful and fun place to work. We also working on updating our systems and processes so that our employees can be productive and more efficient.

      Excellent culture and people with a bright future ahead

      Pros

      Family owned business and family style culture - everyone is very friendly and make a real effort to help people fit in. The company has strong brands in their portfolio, both owned and clients and they invest in the brands. It may not be the huge budgets of the GSKs or P&Gs of the world but they're open to ideas and encourage employees to think outside the box. New ideas are always welcome.

      Cons

      The company has some work to get the company organised and ready to compete with the bigger players. It is still set up as a small company and hasn't quite moved forward as the company has grown meaning systems and processes aren't where they need to be. They're aware of it though and changes/investment is being made every day to improve the companies position.
