Interacting with various types of customers.

Cons

Extremely long hours. Unless you're "drinking the kool aid", management will treat you like you're nothing even when you're doing your job to the best of your ability. Commission will be taken by dishonest F&I managers who will renegotiate a deal to include their products and lower if not eliminate all of sales consultant's earnings.

You will learn new information about Toyota’s, the work is not that hard, hours are flexible if something personal does come up you need to take care of.

Cons

Senior techs do not like to teach younger techs, some refuse to teach younger techs coming up. Empty promises of raises and furthering your career with certifications(at least the Baltimore location). The pay is minimum wage coupled with small commission based flat rate, if your lucky you will make $650 take home every two weeks.

Poor Communication No Work-Life Balance GM makes you stay on the last day of the month until you meet your goals Upper Management lies to you. They do not deliver on their promises. They want you to do things the Darcars way but have no one to properly train you to do it their way. The WORST dealership I have ever worked at. Work here at your own Risk.
