      Interacting with various types of customers.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours. Unless you're "drinking the kool aid", management will treat you like you're nothing even when you're doing your job to the best of your ability. Commission will be taken by dishonest F&I managers who will renegotiate a deal to include their products and lower if not eliminate all of sales consultant's earnings.

      Cons

      Managers stealing your sales to give to their friends. Give away customers that ask for you or call on the phone. Lied to one customer saying I din't work thete anymore and coming out of the lunch room he was PISSED and cursed them up and down so management cursed me out. Go thru sales at the end of the month to give them to others so they make bonus but you can't with lower sales. I could go on for hours from threats of physical violence against you but get mad when you stand your ground. And on and on and on
