A great Pro is that amount of money that you could make. If you're lucky enough you'll get to work with a group of technicians and other service writers that will make your work day vey enjoyable. Each day creates a challenge that makes you a better person when you over come it.

Cons

long hours and you will always be the one to blame if the customers experience is an unhappy one. from both the customers and the management. you will have almost no personal time, you will have to work 6 days one week and 5 days the next. almost completely commission based so work hard and save you money wisely, and don't count on your bonus cause it get taken away for reasons beyond yourself.

Pros

If you really like automotive industry, it's a not bad place. The bosses (VPs, High level managers) are really nice and helpful.

Cons

1. Salary is too low. Managers have really good income. Entry levels? Low hourly rate, no benefits, no reimbursement for driving to different places to work. 2. Colleagues are selfish. Not willing to help. 3. Working environment sucks. 4. One manager: Mr C. is really rude and used bad words when working with us. Very offensive.
